No, you may request any of our exterior, interior ,or handyman services on their own or you can join the Full Service membership program to gain unlimited access.
As a member you can pay the entire membership fee upfront or you can make a down payment plus 12 monthly payments. Pricing is based on the square feet of your home. Additional charges may apply for specialty windows, large patios, etc. See membership pricing details here
After gathering details about your requested service, we will send you a pre-schedule for your approval. After your approval, we will schedule your services. We make every effort to meet timing requests. When we schedule your appointment, you will be given a short one hour arrival window so you don’t have to spend hours waiting for us to arrive.
Yes, we will call you the day before to confirm your appointment along with a reminder email. You will receive a text the day of with estimated time of arrival.
Yes, we have a NC General Contractors license and worker’s compensation & liability insurance. Call the office at (919)-388-2204 to request copies of these documents.

For exterior services you do not need to be present during the appointment with a few exceptions. For interior services and some handyman work, you should plan on being present during the appointment.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit cards and credit cards.
No, we tailor pressure to the type of siding your home has. We do not use high pressure to prevent any damage to paint, shingles, etc. With the exception of concrete, all washing will be performed with low pressure.
We use eco-friendly detergents for all washing services we provide. The type of detergent used is determined by the surface type, condition and amount/type of dirt present.
